Tonight is the start of a 4 week running league in Colligan wood. There are three routes on offer, a 5 mile hill route and a 5 mile route on the flat and for beginners we also have one lap of the wood which is about 1.5 miles. Entry is open to all runners over 16 years of age and the enry fee is just 2 euros a night.
After tonight the remaining three nights will be held on the next three Wednesday nights
